How to Return

Please policy:
Customized products are not quality issues, in principle, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please confirm the details of the customization with the sales when placing the order.
Please check the packaging and damage of the goods as soon as you receive the goods. If there is any problem, notify our customer service staff for verification as soon as possible. We will negotiate with the customer on the return plan based on the actual problem.
